Each workout is 30 minutes with a 2 minute cool down added on to the end. You will give each move all you have, and after 3 moves you get a short break except for on Fridays. Remember you can modify every single move.

This is not a beginners workout, though. I promise neither program is easy or will let you down. I also recommend getting a heart rate monitor for this workout!
